At Swift Livery, we believe in upfront pricing and flexible options to ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience. Here’s a breakdown of our rates and cancellation policy:

Rates: All-Inclusive for Your Convenience

  • We strive to provide accurate estimates upfront. However, final charges may reflect additional expenses incurred during your trip, such as tolls, parking fees, fuel surcharges, extra stops, and allotted travel time.
  • This ensures you receive a comprehensive service without hidden costs.

Hourly Bookings: Pay Only for What You Use

  • You’ll be billed based on the number of hours you initially book the vehicle for.
  • Any additional time used is billed in convenient 30-minute increments, offering flexibility for unforeseen extensions.

Minimum Hours: A Guideline, Not a Requirement

  • The minimum number of hours displayed serves as a starting point for accepting bookings, ensuring efficient fleet utilization.
  • Rest assured, you’ll only be charged for the actual duration of your trip, not the minimum posted hours.

Direct Transfers: Grace Period for Punctuality

  • We provide a 15-minute grace period for pick-ups on direct transfers (point-to-point, airport returns), except for airport arrivals.
  • Exceeding the grace period will result in charges in 30-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate. This ensures our drivers maintain a punctual schedule while accommodating minor delays.

Subject to Change: Keeping You Informed

  • We strive to maintain consistent rates. However, factors like fuel costs and market conditions may necessitate adjustments. We’ll always provide clear updates if pricing changes occur.

Cancellation Policy: Peace of Mind

For cancellations:

- Standard vehicles (sedans & SUVs): Email cancellationが必要です (yōkyō cancellation hitsuyō desu, meaning "cancellation by email is required") at least 72 hours before pick-up to avoid a fee.
- Specialty vehicles: Cancellations within 7 days of the trip incur a fee. Retain email confirmation for proof.
- Airport arrivals/departures: 72-hour cancellation notice is required. Round-trip bookings require separate cancellations for each leg.
- If you cannot locate your driver at the airport, please contact us immediately before seeking alternative transportation to avoid full charges.

Changes to Your Reservation: Flexibility with Notice

  • All reservation changes must be communicated via email or live chat (changes cannot be made directly with drivers).
  • Submit changes at least 4 hours before pick-up, subject to availability.
  • If changes result in cancellation, you may be charged for the original booking.

Additional Charges: Transparency Matters

  • Bookings made after midnight for airport pickups arriving after midnight or between 12:00 AM and 4:30 AM EST may incur additional charges.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of the reservation.
